SubMerchant Creation

The way in which Platforms should onboard SubMerchants nowadays is through our Referral Signup Request form.

In case of eligibility, your account manager will provide you a link that contains a form. This form should be displayed to your Clients in order to be onboarded.

This link URL will:

• Automatically insert all required configurations to your SubMerchant.

• Retrieve all the information needed from your SubMerchant in order to create the merchant account and start processing.

The Referral Signup Request form is iframe supported and mobile responsive.

How to match a SubMerchant

You have the option of including a query param in the provided Referral Signup Request form URL that will indicate us how you identify the SubMerchant on your end.

The query param should be at the end of the provided URL and the format is the following

&externalSubMerchantId={SubMerchantIdentifier}

Every time that a SubMerchant is created you will receive a Notification via webhook.
