Deposit Creation for a SubMerchant

Once a SubMerchant of yours is onboarded and active, you can start generating deposits for it.

The way in which this should be done is by simply including in the Deposit Creation Request the parameter sub_merchant_id indicating for which SubMerchant that deposit corresponds.
